28 attended PPS has 28 paid members with everyone competing in at least one
of our divisions. In 2006, 5 people joined PPS: Greg Moe Don Pittman Ed Rapin Anne Weber Lori Schultz Judy Yaker is the Greater Detroit Camera Club Council (GDCCC)
Print Director, Color Slide Director and Record Keeper. John Kroll is the GDCCC Secretary. Jim Paskiewicz
chairs the GDCCC International Salon Print Division. At the GDCCC 2006 year-end banquet, Judy Yaker was named a GDCCC
Honorary Member and Jim Paskiewicz received his
Fellow (FGDC). At the GDCCC 2006 year-end banquet, five PPS members received a total
of 6 trophies and seven members received a total of 10 Honorable Mentions.

program at 6:00 PM ran over and we discussed having the club purchase its own
projector, so we ran out of time to judge the nights CS, NS and DP
entries. They will be judged at the
May 7th meeting. |

tablet and possibly CS3’s panorama stitch function. Discussions: ·
Bob Dombroski suggested using
the 2nd Monday of each month for training ·
Should we move the 1st meeting in September to
Monday, Sept 10? ·
Judy suggested we eliminate June meetings, since
attendance is down. ·
Moe suggested we do June outings instead of meetings ·

We need to start doing critiques again…. NAPP Seminar November 28th with workshop Ben Wilmore
(Photoshop) is the presenter $99/day for
non-members $79/day for members Bob DiTommaso and Brian have started a
Rochester Photographic Society for learning, not contests, at 640 W.
University. The 74th Detroit International Salon of Photography
entry deadline is 9/21. Judging will
be 9/22 at WCC starting at 8:00 AM. Judy Yaker will be having a one-woman photography exhibit at
the Detroit Zoo with photos on display at the |
